Individual therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and move through what’s been weighing you down. I work one-on-one, in-person and online, with women and teens navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, perfectionism, and life transitions. My role is to support you in exploring what’s no longer serving you, identifying what matters most, and developing the tools to feel more grounded and self-aware. Therapy with me is integrative and evidence-based; designed for connection and trust but rooted in real clinical insight.
Parenting a teen today comes with complex challenges, and you don’t have to navigate them on your own. Whether you’re noticing emotional changes, conflict at home, or just a growing disconnect, therapy can help. I work with teens to build trust, reduce emotional overwhelm, and improve communication, all while growing into self-aware versions of themselves.
Therapy with teens works best when combined with parent coaching to help you better support your teen while navigating your own stress and uncertainty during a challenging and often frustrating part of the parenting journey. We’ll work together to create clarity and connection at home, that’s rooted in empathy, structure, and collaboration.
